Intake Specialist for Legal Teams

Our company is looking for a Intake Specialist to work with our legal teams. You will use your inbound and outbound call handling experience to assist clients looking for help. The Intake Specialist answers incoming calls, evaluates cases, and gathers information to complete the client intake process. Legal experience not required, we will train.

Ability to learn in a remote environment
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and day/night shifts.
• Strong English-speaking skills
• Must have a laptop, external second monitor and headset.
Laptop Processor requirements:
- AMD, any Ryzen
- Intel i3, i5, i7 - 9th generation or more
- Must have 8gb of RAM
Salary: 3,000,000 COP
