Intake Specialist for Legal Teams
Our company is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our legal team. You will use your inbound and outbound call handling experience to assist clients seeking legal support. The Intake Specialist answers incoming calls, evaluates potential cases, and gathers key information to complete the client intake process. Legal experience is not required — we will provide comprehensive training.
This is a client-facing role that plays a crucial part in the first impression of our firm. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals in need of legal assistance, making empathy, professionalism, and efficiency essential. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
