Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients within the personal injury law industry. This position is perfect for a dynamic individual who is eager to grow and contribute to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients (personal injury law firms) through cold calling, and emails.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Sales team, ensuring high-quality opportunities are handed off.
  • Educate potential clients on the services offered by Rob Levine Legal Solutions, including medical record retrieval, training, staffing, and the mastermind group.
  • Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (HubSpot) with accurate and detailed information about potential clients, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are addressed and further opportunities for cross-selling are identified.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the legal or service industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the personal injury law industry or related legal fields is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
